AIDAN AND HIS MEAN KARATE FACE!

Ok guys!!! I'm back sorry I've been gone so long. We're doing great. We are in our new house now and I love it so much!!!!! It been so so great having something that is ours!!!

Aidan is in little dragons karate and he's doing great. Michael teaches the class and it so fun to watch them together. Michael is gettiing more responsibilities at his job, he's instructing both kids and adult classes in jiu jitsu and karate and kung fu. He also has private lesson he does. He recently went to a tournament and won 2 gold metals !!! And he went to utah to help coach the kids at a tournament there I think 9 kids went and they brought home 17 metals total (basically those kids rock and michael's their teacher!!)

We're so busy we basically are gone for a good 12 hours during the day, we get up, go to work and don't get home til nine to ten at night.

I will post soon and put some pics of the house I promise. I don't have the internet right now except on my cell phone( I'm actually at the salon getting my hair colored as I do thiss haha) so its hard to post, but I will be getting internet very very soon. Bye thanks for reading

Look I have Grass now!!

Well here are some more house pictures! We put in the sod today, it actually is starting to look like a house :) We Probably will be able to move in by mid-September or early October. . . I will post some interior pictures in a little while. But things are going great, we still would love help from anyone who wants to come. . . but we had a good time today, we did sod on 6 houses (including ours), it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be ;) You can kinda see our trees, we have a Royal Red Maple, and a Flowering Pear. We also have 11 shrubs, including a willow bush, roses, and some dogtree bushes. it all has come together quite nicely. All thats really left is finish work, carpeting, and lots of cleaning.

Ok, i swear i am not dead just extremely busy. . . that said i will give you some updates :)

Well Tiff and Jason have FINALLY set a date!!! July 13th,2008 to be exact!! I actually am very happy and excited to make Jason an "official member" of the family. I am to be the maid of honor which is fun, except for the dress for and extended period of time (you guys know how much i hate dressing up), and i was just informed last week that I am obligated to wear HIGH HEELS :( im gonna die, i am going to fall and break something I swear. I was like "why cant i just go get some really cute flats?" but i was shut down by tiff. I really mean it i will get hurt! But tiff wants heels so thats what i have to wear, ugh! oh well, i'll manage.

On another note OUR HOUSE has drywall, and I picked the colors for the outside last friday. And will be picking out flooring, lighting, counters, back splash, and many many other things in the next week, if I get time. I am excited! yay :D

I don't know, I work, when I'm not working I build house. I also have to got dress shopping with my sister, and pick out colors for the house. . . I have no idea where the time goes.

I no longer watch tv, nor do i miss it. Ok I lied, I do watch children's programs in the morning with Aidan (actually he watches them and I sit next to him and read, hehe)

Oh and on the note of Aidan. . He's going to be 3 years old on May 16th, I'm excited yet sad all at the same time, I don't want him to get older. I like him just the way he is. He is getting so huge, the other day he came running at me for a hug and hit his face on my belt, he getting tall and skinny. And i can sit down with him and have a conversation, its fun i love to talk with him.

Michael is doing really good, he works so hard. With jiu jitsu lessons and building the house he has a ton of stuff on his plate. And on top of all that he starts another job at the end of may. I love him more than words can express (just thought you guys would like to know that) and I'm so greatful for what he does for Aidan and I.

Man I'm rambling aren't I?! oh well at least I'M POSTING some thing.

I'm working on the house all day Saturday so I promise to post some pictures of the house, if I remember my camera. Michaels going to Las vegas for a tournament (good luck pogi), so i will be all alone building the house. . so if anyone wants to join me give me a call.

Meet Jason

This is one of Aidan's favorite people. This is Jason, Jason is my sister Tiffany's finance (I
know tiff's engaged! Funny huh?). Well Aidan absolutely loves him! Jason and Tiff are attached at the hip. If Tiff's home and Jason isn't. . . Aidan is like "where's Jason? Is Jason coming? I miss Jason." It's very cute.

New Haircuts for US!!!!

I decided to finally cut Aidan's hair. i finally realized that it was too long when i gave him a bath and when his hair got wet and it was touching his shoulders that I probably was time for a hair cut! So I buzzed his head and he was fine with it until. . . He saw his hair on the floor. then he started screaming "oh no my curls, oh you cut my curls!" he was kind of mad at me after that one. but he's over it now and actually likes his hair.

Befor i left to do my hair today, I asked
Aidan if i needed a hair cut and he said "no mommy! you'll look like a boy!"( thanks for the confidence buddy). My sister and I wen to this cute little salon in downtown Boise called The Beehive. And I really like it! Aryana did a good job (she cut and colored my hair).

I think we both look pretty cute. What do you think?

I've Been Tagged!

Alright I have been tagged like 3 months ago and didn't know it till yesterday(sorry sharesa). . So I am supposed to give 7 true facts about myself. So here goes

1- right now I'm sooo sick!!! (The nauseated, cannot breath, cannot smell, cannot taste because of the not being able to breath or smell. Plus I'm coughing up a lung as I'm typing right now)

2- I forgive people way way to easily! I cannot hold a grudge for long, and when you are trying to prove a point with some one that just doesn't work.

3- I'm am a completely obssesive compulsive when I'm at work. Seriously everything has to be put away in the right place, right after your done with it! For example I will pull the drug, put the info in the computer, count and label the vial. . Then the pharmacist check my work and I put the drug back in its spot on the shelf. Well some times I put it back before the pharmacist is done with it.(so now if they cannot find the drug they're like "hey Kat, drug thief did you take the ..." and most likely yup I did!

4- This one is so retarded. . . I absolutely love soup! I would eat it for every meal if I could. Guess what I packed for lunch today? Hmmm . . SOUP :) and guess what I'm having tommorrow? Yup you guessed it. Soup. That's all I have to say. Soup.

5- I really am having trouble with this. Hmmmm. Oh I know! I am so not a morning person. If given the choice I'd sleep in till noon. I even have tricks of not getting up when Michael tries to make me. . . "I'm not getting up till I get my good morning hug and kiss" . He usually climbs back into bed with me and falls back asleep for another 15 min. Yay for me!

6- I'm still a tomboy through and through. But as of this last year I really like wearing make up! I do, I really like mascara and eyeliner, I think are my 2 favorites. (Oh goodness I've become so vain and girly! At least I can leave the house without it on ;)

7- ah ha the last one! I am a compulsive book reader. For example for the month of January I read 8 books, and it would have been more if not for work and building our house! My Favorite books include : The Twilight series by Stephanie Meyer, The Guardian by Nicholas Sparks, Pride and Predjudice by Jane Austin, and Uglies by I cannot remember right now. And you cannot call yourself my friend if you have not read all of these books at least once!

Alright it is done! Man that was harder than I thought it would be!

Sorry! Sorry!

Ok I am officially a slacker when it comes to my blog lately! So I thought I drop a quick little note to let everyone know whats going on. . .

Well we are currently living with my parents in their basement, while we build our house. And honestly things are going GREAT, no joke! everyones getting along and we are having a great time with my family. As of right now our house is framed, sheeted, has a roof, and windows. It's going so good, we are so so excited! I just can't wait till this summer when we can move in :D

Aidan is huge. He's growing up too fast. Michael is doing good he puts in about 30 hours a week on the house and also teaches children's Jui Jitsu classes 4-5 times a week, plus he make phone calls to people inquiring about Jui Jitsu classes. We all are very busy.

I'm working about 40 hrs a week at the pharmacy and loving it. The people I work with are the best, it's a very different environment from the other pharmacy I was working at.

I promise to upload some photos of us and the house soon, it's just i have no idea where my camera is since we moved. most of our stuff is still packed in my dad's snowmobile trailer, and i till haven't had time to unload it yet. It will happen sooner or later.

well hopefully I will write soon!

Just My Luck ;)

Well it was bound to happen, things were just going way too well. My job is so so great, we start building our house December 8th!

It was just a normal day I was commuting to work in Michael's car (because he was driving mine to Las Vegas for a Jui Jitsu tournament) everything was going well and I had just got off the interstate and was going to drop Aidan at my parents before work, and as I'm driving the temp. Gage start rising into the red zone, so I pull over (call my father and let him know what's happening) let it cool down, and started heading to my parents. I had to pull over and let it cool down a total of 3 times, and all the while my heater had stopped working. And my father graciously gave me a ride to work (I was only 15 min late thank goodness! I absolutley hate being late). My mother picked me up and my dad fixed my car while I was working, he said he thought the coolant just had an air bubble, so he filled up the coolant and put water in my radiator. So I started driving my car home and it happened AGAIN!!! So I had to head back to my parent's (pulling over 3 times to let the car cool down).

So I borrowed my sister Tiffany's pickup. And headed home for the second time that night. Well everything went fine. Aidan really loved it, he held my hand the whole way home and sang along to the radio (he's so cute). So anyway the story still continues . . . The next morning Aidan and I decide to go the grocery store to get a few things and while on the interstate on the bridge going over the Snake River, I BLOW A TIRE. On the bridge, I totally shredded a tire, I went from 65 to 25 and slowly tried to get off the bridge so I could pull over to the side of the road to change the tire. I go to change the tire and there isn't a spare anywhere to be seen. So I call my father talk to him about the situation and decide to call Les Schwab. After waiting 1 hour in the cold, the Les Schwab guy comes and puts on a spare and we go to the store to get a new tire.

Hopefully nothing else happens. I don't think I'd appreciate it. At least Aidan and I didn't get hurt in the process, a little cold, but not hurt. Wish me better luck :)
